MyCherryCreek Login Portal FAQs
Q1. Do students have free time during the day?
First and foremost, we want to provide opportunities for all students to have a successful academic career at our high school. To this end, all students will have at least one off period to allow them time to access teachers and work on homework during the school day.
Q2. Does CTHS operate as an open or closed campus?
CTHS is an open campus for all students.
Q3. What are the starting and ending times for school?
Cherokee Trail High School (CTHS) starts at 8:20 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. Access to the building for students begins at 7:45 a.m. Students must leave the campus at the end of the day unless they are participating in an extracurricular activity or getting help from a teacher.
Q4. What kind of schedule does CTHS have?
For the 2020-2021 school year, all students will learn remotely three days a week and attend school two days a week in person. Mondays will be remote for all students. On Tuesday/Thursday, Cohort 1 (A-K) will attend classes at Cherokee Trail, and on Wednesday/Friday, Cohort 2 (L-Z) will attend classes at Cherokee Trail. Cherokee Trail has an alternating block schedule for the days students are at school, with four 94-minute classes and a 33-minute lunch.
